Section 1: Getting Started with WordPress

Step 1: Get a Web Hosting Account

If you have a web hosting account, that's great! If you need one, I recommend using Hostinger.

Once you have access to a web hosting account and have WordPress installed, you are ready to start the topics in Section 1.

Section 1 Topics

This section gets you started using WordPress: selecting a theme, customizing that theme, and setting up the initial pages of your website. By the end of this section, you will have a working website with your selected theme (customized if desired), along with the pages of your website. In Section 2 we will cover more about formatting content and adding customized menus.
