About Carma BaughmanSometimes our creativity gets buried under the responsibilities of life.

Yet, you have an inkling there’s creativity trapped inside that’s begging to be expressed. How do you know? There’s an itch on your soul, and whatever you do, it won’t go away.

Years ago, I felt trapped in the normal ‘9-5’ job. Every hour in the office dragged as I watched the clock until I could leave. By the time I got home, I felt drained and exhausted.

I had “something is missing” syndrome.

Something was wrong, but I didn’t know what. Desperate to find a way out, I started paying attention to the small moments in my day when my soul lit up. Gradually, I sensed an artist inside, begging to be set free.

I spent time in nature, took art and design classes, and slowly, I loosened my inner creativity, and found my ‘work’.

I formed Onward! Studios to provide graphic and web design services.

This transformed my life. Expressing myself creatively brought new levels of energy and excitement into my daily life I’d never before known.

Eventually, I also provided instructional design services. This venture gave me the creative expression I yearned for, that I wasn’t able to get with the normal ‘9-5’ job.

And now, after doing this for nearly 20 years, my goal is to train others how to share their Creative Work.

Having discovered how much it matters to be true to yourself, I made it my mission in life to help other people, listen to their hearts, discover their unique creativity, and unleash their creative potential.

I’m here to help you do this through:

  • Showing you how and where to share your Creative Work
  • Providing training on how to build your own WordPress website to showcase your creative work and help you put your best foot forward
  • Sparking your creativity and helping you smash creative blocks through online video and webinar training

If you feel you have something to share with the world, yet the techie stuff stops you, don’t despair.

I’m here to help.
